Welcome to Victory Vibes! By booking rental event items, or purchasing custom products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect you (the client) and me (the service provider) and ensure a smooth, joyful experience for everyone involved.
Candy Wall

All candy comes wrapped or pre-portioned for safety and convenience. We handle setup and restocking during your event.
🧍♀️ Attendant Add-On – $10/hour
Recommended for larger events or hands-free setups. A trained attendant will:

Keep dispensers clean and stocked

Assist guests and encourage safe candy use

🔒 About the $25 Hold Fee
To help protect and maintain our rental items, a $25 hold fee is required for all Candy Wall bookings.
This fee is separate from your deposit and is fully refundable after the item is returned in good condition.
✅ How it works:

Your hold fee is collected up front with your deposit

After your event, we’ll inspect the candy wall upon pickup or return

If everything is clean, undamaged, and complete, your $25 will be refunded within 48 hours via the original payment method (Cash App or PayPal)
❗ If there are any damages, missing parts, or excessive cleaning needed, the hold fee may be partially or fully withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.
This fee ensures every renter receives a clean and well-maintained rental, and it helps us keep things affordable for everyone!
📝 Client Acknowledgment
By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Candy Wall Dispenser Rental Agreement.
Booking & Payment
– A deposit is required to reserve your date.
– Balance due 3 days before event.
Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancel 4+ days before: full refund (except deposit).
– Cancel within 3 days: no refund.
– One reschedule allowed with 72 hours’ notice.
Rental Period
– Standard rental: 24 hours.
- Additional hours $10/per hour fee
– Late returns = additional fees.
- Candy Supply Add-On (additional fee)
Delivery & Pickup
Rental deliveries are scheduled in advance. Renter must be present during drop-off and pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Damage Policy
The customer is fully responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen rental items. A damage fee may be charged based on the condition and replacement cost of the item(s)

Cleaning & Return Condition
Please return all items in the same condition they were received. Excessive cleaning required or missing parts will result in an additional charge.

Turnaround Time
– Production: 7–10 business days.
– Rush available for extra fee.
Custom Orders – Payment & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review this policy before placing your order:
Payments & Deposits

Orders over $350: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days before your event date.

Orders $349 or less: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Production will not begin until the required payment or deposit is received.
Cancellations

More than 10 Days Before Event

If you cancel more than 10 days before your event date, any amount paid (minus the deposit for orders over $350) will be refunded.

Deposits are non-refundable.

10 Days or Less Before Event

If you cancel after paying in full or within 10 days of your event date, no refund will be issued because production will have already started.

Why This Policy Exists
All of our products are customized and personalized to your order’s unique theme, design, and details. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold or repurposed. Once production begins, materials, time, and labor are dedicated exclusively to your order, which is why cancellations and refunds are limited.
