• 2 grab-and-go dispensers (ideal for unwrapped snacks or pre-filled treats)

• Custom signage tailored to your party theme

• Treat bags upon request

• Setup and takedown by our team

Note: Candy is not included unless selected as an add-on.

All candy comes wrapped or pre-portioned for safety and convenience. We handle setup and restocking during your event.

Recommended for larger events or hands-free setups. A trained attendant will:

• Monitor the station

• Keep dispensers clean and stocked

• Assist guests and encourage safe candy use​

📄 Rental Terms & Agreement

By booking this service, you agree to the following rental policies:

1. Rental Duration

• Standard rental includes up to 4 hours

• Additional time available for a fee

• Setup begins 30–45 minutes before event start

2. Setup Requirements

• Must be indoors or shaded outdoors

• Ground must be level and accessible (no stairs unless arranged)

• Setup area must be ready at least 45 minutes before event time

3. Use & Supervision

• If no attendant is booked, adult supervision is required at all times

• Guests must use provided scoops and bags (no hands in dispensers)

• No leaning or pulling on the candy wall

4. Candy Supply Terms

You may:

• Provide your own dry, wrapped candy

• Purchase our Candy Supply Add-On

❌ No unwrapped candy, liquids, gum-based candies (unless provided by us), or sticky items

5. Deposit & Damages

• A $50 refundable security deposit is required at booking

• The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.

• This deposit goes toward your total rental cost

6. Attendant Terms

• Time is tracked from event start to takedown

• Client must provide a safe, respectful environment

• No partial refunds for unattended time unless delay is caused by Victory Vibes

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel 7+ days before event: full refund (excluding custom/candy add-ons)

• Cancel within 7 days: 50% refund or full reschedule (based on availability)

• No-shows forfeit all deposits and rental fees

8. Liability Waiver

By booking, you release Tiny Steps Portraits / Victory Vibes from liability related to:

• Food allergies or reactions

• Choking hazards

• Injuries from misuse of the candy wall or accessories

• Any incident not caused by our gross negligence

🔒 About the $25 Hold Fee

To help protect and maintain our rental items, a $25 hold fee is required for all Candy Wall bookings.

This fee is separate from your deposit and is fully refundable after the item is returned in good condition.

✅ How it works:

• Your hold fee is collected up front with your deposit

• After your event, we’ll inspect the candy wall upon pickup or return

• If everything is clean, undamaged, and complete, your $25 will be refunded within 48 hours via the original payment method (Cash App or PayPal)

❗ If there are any damages, missing parts, or excessive cleaning needed, the hold fee may be partially or fully withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.

This fee ensures every renter receives a clean and well-maintained rental, and it helps us keep things affordable for everyone!
